Reconcile
“Quick
Books” is a financial computer system used to set up expense
and income accounts and to balance checkbooks. This program was
purchased with three goals in mind: to know where the money is spent,
to know what the regular monthly expenses are and to have a readily
available view of my fiscal fitness. Focusing on implementing this
program, I worked long and hard to understand the details that promised
to make life more efficient. Taking it a step at a time and with
continued support and accountability from my Coach and CPA, I now
click on “reconcile” and within minutes my bank account
is balanced to the bank statement.
Reconcile
also refers to personal situations that are not clear or settled:
with family or friends, in business or school. An aching heart or
guilty feeling can be consuming. If the goal is to reconcile or
as Webster says, “to cause to be friendly or harmonious again;
adjust; settle,” then focus on the intention and take the
steps necessary to get there. Create a circle of support. When reconciliation
occurs, energy and joy are returned and life is balanced once again.
Bank
statements and unsettled situations both need to be reconciled.
Notice
how you spend your life energy?
Reconciling
takes action and conversation.
If
your treasure is in the bank, where is your heart?

warm regards,
