Balance

We are marching into March! Remember those resolutions?

Every day there is a newspaper article or radio/TV announcement about Americans moving less and eating more. How much Healthy Choice ice cream can you eat before it is no longer a healthy choice?

Energy comes from calories. Calories in—calories out: this ratio is out of balance for some people. Do you know your vital numbers: weight, blood pressure; body mass index, body measurements; cholesterol; resting heart rate?

The minute your body is awake, your choices begin and the tone of the day is set. Enough sleep? Exercise planned? Eat breakfast? Take stairs not elevator? Downsize portions? Choose fresh fruits & steamed vegetables?

  • What can you do today to become more aware of your body?

  • Have you had a complete physical recently?

  • Do you live in a healthy environment?

  • Notice the choices you make when you awake.
