Toleration Free Zone

Toleration Free Zone. What is that? A toleration is something you are putting up with, something that is draining your energy. Your mind, being cluttered with tolerations, is not free to think big thoughts. Making your life a toleration free zone means getting rid of each toleration bit by bit, finding the fun in accomplishing the job and feeling the freedom after it is done.

Getting rid of tolerations may be risky but will make a difference in your quality of life. As you become increasingly unwilling to tolerate, significant changes take place.

Many tolerations can be resolved once a single pivotal toleration is eliminated. Small tolerations such as cleaning closets and drawers, doing household projects or organizing photographs can be handled with a committment. Changing location is pivotal to resolving an unhappy job, or an undesirable house: don’t just move, choose a city where you will be happiest.

In becoming a toleration free zone you will grow, lighten up and “step-over” nothing.

  • Write a list of five things you are tolerating about your home;

  • Five things you are tolerating about your family and community;

  • Five things you are tolerating about your work.

  • What requests or actions can you take to get rid of these tolerations?

  • Can you find the element of fun?

Coaching with me will help you be accountable to do what you say you want to do. Call soon and we can create your toleration free zone.
