Walking my Walk

Eight years ago, a life-giving event happened to me. I needed attention and direction after my husband died suddenly, and through a referral, I contacted my Life Coach, Ginger Cockerham. We are coaching to this day and she walks beside me as I take life-leaps toward what it is that I really, really want. Continuous effort on my part and thoughtful questions on hers have unlocked my potential to be a professional coach. Much has been accomplished during this time and a bond of friendship has grown. Having my own coach demonstrates to my clients the benefits experienced from life-coaching. I am walking my walk.

This newsletter is dedicated to my coach, my friend, my champion, Ginger Cockerham. Thank you, Ginger, for being there for me through thick and thin, joy and sorrow as I have moved forward in my authentic life.

Coaching Questions

  • What will it take for you to unlock your potential?

  • In 90 days what do you want to be doing?

  • Describe three action steps that will get you there and put them in your calendar.

  • Will this move you forward in being authentic?

Warm Regards,

Susan Hayman
